Steve Hammond was born and raised in Colorado and earned his degree in Advertising and Design from the Colorado Institute of Art. He is a Partner and the Creative Director at H2R (Harshman, Hammond, and Rice). Steve currently lives and works in the Pacific Northwest.

Steve’s work is represented by Barlow Gallery in Tacoma, Washington. He also serves on the board of the International Scratchboard Society of Artists and the Peninsula Art League in Washington.
